Why I’m torn on this

The location is fantastic! My sister and I easily walked to major attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options too!

While the hotel shines in many areas, our shower had erratic temperature issues and we faced loud music from the nearby nightclub which disrupted our sleep, and I was disappointed that the front desk was slow to assist us.

Fantastic stay with amazing staff!

We had a great time! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The morning lady at the grab-and-go was just the sweetest. she always made us smile! Everything was so close that we walked everywhere. The only thing was that the room was a bit small for our family. Would definitely come back for the awesome service!

The location of Aloft Gran Via couldn't be better. Just a stone's throw from all the major sights like Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, everything felt easily accessible. The staff greeted me with warmth. they were friendly and helpful at every turn. The breakfast was top-notch, with a great selection including muesli, fresh pastries, and juices. My room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, making for restful nights. The gym was smaller than I anticipated, which might not suit intense workout routines. But the room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I'd absolutely return despite the minor inconveniences.
